1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using CryptoDevWorks services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
3. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL CRYPTODEVWORKS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
4. Service Terms
4.1 Development Services
- All deliverables are subject to client approval
- Timeline estimates are non-binding
- Changes to requirements may affect project scope and cost
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment schedules are defined in individual contracts
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
5. Intellectual Property
Client retains rights to their original content. We retain rights to our pre-existing work and general knowledge.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information but are not liable for breaches beyond our control.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services for any reason, with reasonable notice when possible.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
